Refund & Return Policy

At N Crafters, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in producing and packing our oils, flours, masalas, and other organic products. However, if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

 1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

– The product was damaged during shipping

– You received the *wrong item*

– The product is *expired or defective*

To be eligible for a return:

– The item must be unused and in its original packaging

– You must notify us within *48 hours of delivery*

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and food safety, we *do not accept returns* for:

– Opened or used products

– Products purchased on sale or with special discounts (unless damaged)

 3. Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

– A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within *5–7 business days*

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

– Check your bank account again

– Contact your payment provider

5. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, contact us with photos at contact@ncraftersnaturals.

6. Shipping Returns

You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
