At N Crafters, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in producing and packing our oils, flours, masalas, and other organic products.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

• The product was damaged during shipping
• You received the wrong item
• The product is expired or defective

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and food safety, we do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used products
• Products purchased on sale or with special discounts (unless damaged)

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

5. Exchanges

6. Shipping Returns

You'll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
